Semaglutide Weight Loss

Semaglutide works to facilitate weight loss by slowing gastric emptying (how quickly food leaves the stomach), decreasing hunger hormones in the brain to decrease "food noise", and improving insulin secretion. Semaglutide is a once weekly subcutaneous injection you self-administer. We will follow up every 4 weeks in our office to check in and provide your next 4 doses.

(She/Her/Hers) MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Sarah initially earned her RN at St. Joseph’s School of Nursing, then her BSN (Bachelors) at Sacred Heart University, and her MSN (Masters) and FNP at Simmons University.

In addition to the Medspa, Sarah works as a primary care provider in area nursing homes.

Sarah sees all our clients for an introductory appointment before they can be treated either by Sarah or our RN Ali.

Ali earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA.

In addition to the Medspa, Ali is an Emergency Room Nurse.

Ali is able to provide all treatments offered by the Medspa once a client has had their initial appointment with our NP Sarah.
